Women Self-Help Group:
Self-help group is an initiative to empower women by raising their economic status by promoting the habit of saving and proper investment. CCC has formed 50 SHG groups so far, and has linked them with the bank. Our effort for the capacity building of SHG groups is a continuous process, as capacity building holds the key to the sustainability of any programme. We have been promoting the SHG groups for participation in the different fairs, organized by Govt. or any other organization, for participation in the work shop & training organized by CCC; we have been giving them exposure so as to bring them to the main stream of the society. Besides this persistent counseling to SHG groups about the skills & techniques required for doing any activity is on. For a sustainable livelihood, we sensitize the women, about their rights and various welfare schemes available with the government.

Food Processing Training Programme:
The objective of this programme is to make the members of the local SHGs, self-dependant and facilitate the benefisciaries to get linked to the banks for the purpose of establishing small scale Enterprenureship on their own. This project experienced an overwhelming response from the SHG Members of the village. There were 35 nos of beneficiaries who got trained in different food itmes like Pickles, Papads, Sauces, Soft Drinks, etc., as per there interest and potential.

Senior Citizen Program: Under this program SHGs of senior citizens have been formed and provided loan for income generating activities to improve their living condition and to enhance their respect in the family and the society.

Vocational Training Center:
Center for Catalyzing Community (CCC) has started a training center of sewing, embroidery and knitting in its operational areas for making women self-reliant.

Agricultural Development Program:

This program aims at promoting construction of farm ponds for irrigation, fishery, and plantation and provides financial assistance to the villagers. This has helped in creating alternate source of livelihood for the poor families and is helping in lifting the economic status of the whole village.
